As you read through our instructor bios, plase keep in mind that all Dupont Yoga instructors are trained to teach all levels, despite the class description. Do not be shy if you read a description that describes a practice with which you are unfamiliar. We will always welcome all levels, despite the class. As we say in yoga, regardless of level, “step on your mat with a beginner’s mindset."

Kevin Jones came to yoga after a knee injury from skiing, but it was the subtle body changes that kept him coming back. He brings a deep understanding of anatomy to help break down the postures and reveal the actions for beginners and experienced practitioners. As a runner, biker, climber, and skier and a longtime Vipassana meditation practitioner, yoga blends his passion for energetic movement with a focus on the breath and body control. Kevin believes that the reason to practice yoga on the mat is to practice quieting the mind off the mat. Kevin will teach classes on all levels and focus on showing other men the benefits and power of yoga.
